UK Standard Delivery - last orders before 12pm on Thursday 19 December 2024
UK Next Day Delivery - last orders before 12pm on Friday 20 December 2024
EU Standard Delivery - last orders before 12pm on Friday 13 December 2024
* unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on any orders placed between now and Christmas due to external factors.
All orders come packaged together in patterned paper bags with a Rockahula sticker. If you would like gift wrap, please choose this option when checking out (note: we cannot individually wrap each item).
- Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched next working day.

We are currently working on opening our online store to Europe, however currently we are only able to send orders to Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain and France. Please check back soon for further updates!
For EU orders under €150.00 taxes and duties are included, however any orders over this value may incur additional charges at the time of import. Orders shipped outside of the UK will also incur duties and taxes. Rockahula Kids do not take responsibility for any additional charges.

DPD Next Day delivery - £8.50 (free on orders over £70.00) Shipping time is 1 working day *. Orders must be placed before 12pm on Mon-Thurs. Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be dispatched same day but may not be delivered until Monday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Returns policy
We want you to be completely happy with everything you order from Rockahula Kids. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we offer a full return policy for any unworn items within 30 days of receipt.
All orders are carefully quality checked before being sent, however in the rare event that you do receive a product that is faulty, we promise to replace or refund you. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving the parcel by email at info@rockahulakids.com.
To make a return, please visit our Returns Centre and follow our easy return process. Please ensure you have your order number (which begins with an R) and email address from your original order. Please also include as much detail as you can regarding your return so we can process your return faster.
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, Rockahula Kids are not responsible for return postage or the costs associated with this.
Sorry but we cannot offer a refund for items that have been worn or are not in original packaging, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
